Personalised massage treatments in Amsterdam Centrum Plantage; 50min Vitality, 75min Indulgence, 105min Bliss. Artists and creatives very much welcome! Massage can give you a well-deserved rest from demanding work and provide nourishment for the vivid soul.

Relaxation and deep tissue massages, either full body or localised. Tailored to correspond each individual's needs, activity level, history, and future. My training is in Applied Sports&Rehabilitation Massage and Physiotherapy Technician. I am also a performer&choreographer, and I study Dance-Movement Therapy. I am constantly curious about people, bodies, and well being.

Unfortunately no wheelchair access due to stairs, however with an assistant you are more than welcome to indulge! Unscented massage oil available, sheets and towels are washed with unscented detergent.
